Main Procedure
1. | Soak the peanuts in water for 4 to 5 hours. Boil them until soft. Drain and keep aside. |
2. | Heat the oil and fry the sesame and cumin seeds until they crackle. Add the green chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. |
3. | Add the peanuts and fry again for a few minutes. Add the potatoes and sugar, mix well and fry. Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well. |
4. | Serve hot topped with chopped coriander. |
