Main Procedure
1. | Deep fry the paneer lightly in oil. Place in warm water. |
2. | Heat the ghee and fry the paste for at least 3 to 4 minutes. |
3. | Add the tomatoes and fry again for 3 to 4 minutes. |
4. | Add the vegetables, paneer, cream, sugar, salt and 1 teacup of water and cook for 10 minutes. |
5. | Serve hot. |
