Procedure |
1. | Cut the paneer into small cubes. |
2. | Heat the oil, add the bay leaves and cloves and fry for 1 minute. Add the onion and fry until light brown. |
3. | Add the green paste and fry for 2 minutes. |
4. | Add the white paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. |
5. | Add the cream and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. |
6. | Add paneer, vegetables and salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. |
7. | Serve hot, topped with a little cream. |
