Ingredients

Vegetables with which you can make are Yams, Drumsticks,
Squash, Yellow Pumpkins, etc.

Squash- 1 medium sized
Tumeric- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Jaggery- 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut- 4 tbsp (to be kept separately)
Grated Coconut- 3/4 cup
Salt to taste.

Roast and grind:

Grated Coconut- 3/4 cup
Uncooked Rice- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Garnishing:

Coconut Oil- 4 tsp.
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds 
Red Chilli- 1 whole
Grated Coconut- 4 tbsp

Method:

1.Cut the veg. of your choice thinly in a shape of a square. 
2.Add some water, Tumeric, Pepper powder, Red chilli powder,
jaggery, salt and let it cook on stove top. 
3.Now roast the ingredients and grind them to a coarse consistency.
Keep 4 tbsp of Grated Coconut separate. 
4.Once the veg. are cooked add the powdered ingredients. Let it cook
for some time. 
5.Roast the coconut which was kept separately until brown adding little
bit of oil. 
6.Once you add it and mix it, garnish with Mustard, curry leaves, 1
Red chilli. 
7.Erisheri is ready. Enjoy!
